Multiple contending NBA teams already have interest in trading for Chris Paul after he was sent home by the Los Angeles Clippers.

One player that has been mentioned in trade rumors lately is Ivica Zubac. Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints reported that several teams have called the Clippers to inquire about the 28-year-old center. He added that "multiple suitors are expected to continue pursuing Zubac," and that Indiana Pacers are one of them.

Ivica Zubac finishes with 33 points, but the Clippers fail to score on two late possessions with a chance to tie the game in a 115-113 loss to the Houston Rockets.

Aside from the Rockets turning over the ball in unproductive* ways for much of the night, and being unable to assemble coherent offense for more than four minutes at a time, this was really a game of defensive strategy.

Alperen Sengun led the Rockets in scoring at the half with 13 points, while Smith Jr. added nine. Durant had an uncharacteristically quiet half, scoring just three points on 1-of-7 shooting. Zubac and Leonard both had double digits, scoring 14 and 12 respectively. Harden had nine at the break.
