TrackIR is a head tracking input device designed for use with gaming and simulation PC titles. It is an infrared camera that tracks the position and orientation of your head, and then sends that data to any of the 100+ TrackIR Enhanced games and simulations.

Is the TrackIR working in the TrackIR software? It sounds like the software is successfully connecting with MSFS 2024 (since the green LED is on and the title is showing), so there may be a setting in MSFS 2024 that needs to be changed.
Fixed an issue where certain NVIDIA GPUs might step down to a lower power state while the TrackIR software was active. Fixed an issue where the settings pane could appear truncated at large vertical resolutions.
If you use this TrackIR SDK to enable TrackIR compatibility with your game, you grant NaturalPoint the right to state that your games may be used with TrackIR, but only after the public release of your game or application.
Needless to say the TrackIR doesn't show up in the MSFS control options and it won't work within MSFS. Also needless to say TrackIR does work when checking in the TIR software.
Task Manager shows TrackIR running, but there's nothing on the screen or in the hidden items folder in the task bar. The Natural Point Folder in "AppData/Roaming" was NOT created.
The current software has only been confirmed to work with the TrackIR 5 model. Versions 5.5.x should be installing in the C:\Program Files (x86)\TrackIR5 folder, rather than C:\Program Files (x86)\NaturalPoint\TrackIR5, and the device drivers should be located in C:\Windows\System32\drivers.
