office 2016을 처음에 다운 받은 랩탑에서 삭제 후 새로운 랩탑에 office 2016을 인증 후 다운받았습니다.이후 새로 받은 office 프로그램이 실행은 가능하나 인증 오류가 발생합니다.전화로 인증 요청해도 ars의 되돌아오는 말뿐입니다.정식으로 도움 요청합니다.
I tried rolling back Excel 2016 to May build (to see if the issue was introduced in an update), but it also did not resolve the issue. What solved it for most was to remove Office 2016 and install 64-bit version of Office 2016.
Microsoft Office Professinal Plus 2016 configuration did not complete successfully same issue as many others. cannot open word, excel, etc. version office pro plus 2016: 16.0.4266.1001 saying license not found after configuration message.
